Dawson Creek (MP 0) to Fort Nelson (MP 283)

 

The scenery along this section of the Alaska Highway consists mainly of trees. Typically, one cannot see beyond the trees which line both sides of the road. Fort Nelson has a wonderful heritage museum including many old vehicles.
