Erick Knutson Huseth was the father of Hans Huseth and my great-great-grandfather. Erick was born in the Nord-Odal parish of County Hedmark in Norway. When Erick came to Grant County in 1872, he made a living trapping and hunting until his sons were old enough to help with his Lien Township farm.
