The 52-mile Going-to-the-Sun Highway is considered to be one of the most beautiful drives in North America. It crosses the Continental Divide at Logan Pass at an altitude of 6,646 feet. These photographs were taken in late May, 1989 (soon after the winter snow had been cleared from the road), and late August, 1993.
