Texas Next Big Bend Area  
  The Big Bend area, along the Mexican border in southwest Texas, contains Big Bend National Park with its magnificent canyons and mountains, the River Road along the Rio Grande from Presidio to Lajitas, the ghost town of Shafter, and the infamous Terlingua, home of the "International Championship Chili Cookoff."
