The Zion Canyon Scenic Drive extends seven miles north from the intersection with Utah 9 through Zion Canyon to the Temple of Sinawa. The interesting aspect of Zion (as compared with the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon) is that the (casual) visitor is at the bottom of the canyon looking up rather than on the rim looking down.
